Can you believe the 2019 Thanksgiving holiday is just a little over one week away?  It seems like just yesterday we were waiting with anticipation for the first autumn leaf to turn red. Now the end of fall is here and we are gearing up Thanksgiving. Not only is it a time to gather together with family and friends to give thanks to another year together, but it’s also time to feast on warm yummy foods!

If you’re traveling for Thanksgiving, you may not be planning to take on the daunting task of preparing the multitudes dishes it takes to make up the standard feast.  We don’t blame you… it is a lot of work, especially if you don’t have an army of cooks on hand. The good news is if you’re spending your Thanksgiving holiday here in the NC Smokies, you’ve got plenty of dining options that will ensure you get your fill of turkey and more.  There are numerous restaurants throughout the county that will be open on November 28th and are ready for you to join them for a delicious, local Thanksgiving meal. Pick up the phone and make your reservations today because these restaurant will fill up, even if they do not normally require reservations. We would hate for you to miss out on all that yummy turkey and dressing!

This is the current list we have, but check back with us as there may be a few more added soon.  For more information on each restaurant and other activities to keep you busy during your stay, give us a call or poke around the website a bit more!  We think you’ll love everything we have to offer you for not only a tasty meal but to keep you busy during your stay.  We look forward to having you spend the holidays in Haywood.
