boutique bakery is in Waynesville. If you are familiar with
Waynesville, we are in Historic Hazelwood. Right by the railroad
tracks. We make everything scratch made using tried and true recipes
including our jams and jellies. Our pastries start with hand folded
doughs made with sweet butter. Everything is baked, nothing fried, and
we only use ingredients that are words like flour, eggs, heavy whipping
cream, butter, fruit and so forth. You can smell our difference the
moment you walk in the door.
Our breakfast and lunch sandwiches are served on our handmade brioche buns. Our personal flatbreads are
made just the way you want them, including gluten-free flatbread. Visit

Every day, our display cases are packed with scratch-made turnovers, hand pies, pastries including select
slices of our cakes, pies, and cheesecakes. Also, Eclairs, cream puffs,
cupcakes, cookies and more. Chicken and beef pot pie, hand pies.
Individual quiche, flatbreads and other lunch offerings. Available by
pre-order only is a substantial menu of whole cakes, pies, and
cheesecakes. On Saturdays you will find more of our breakfast items
including our famous “Compost Bread Pudding” egg dishes and whatever we
