On a typical night’s menu, your choices could include seared salmon, oven-roasted chicken or cast-iron skillet pork chops. On another night, you could find yourself enjoying an old-fashioned cookout, with steaks, ribs and chicken sizzling on the outdoor grill while the soft blue peaks of the Great Smokies serve up the ultimate feast for the eyes. Always accompanied by locally sourced vegetables, hot dinner rolls, homemade jellies & desserts. We also offer fine wines and local craft beer.
During winter, we serve dinner on Friday and Saturday nights. You’re invited, whether you’re staying at the Ranch or just passing through, as long as space is available for that meal. After all, as most of our guests would tell you, Cataloochee cooking is an experience definitely meant to be shared. Please call ahead to reserve your spot.
If you’re an overnight guest, daily breakfast is included in your lodging rates.
