Massage & Yoga
Integrative massage is a style that mixes multiple modalities based on the needs of the client. Instead of worrying about up-charging for including techniques like deep tissue and trigger point therapy, your therapist chooses techniques based on your needs.
When booking a massage, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you must reschedule, we ask that you do it more than 24 hours in advance, otherwise we wont be able to give a refund.
Ashtanga is a system of yoga that consists of “series”. This class focuses on teaching the student the first of those series called the Primary series. ALL LEVELS are welcome in this class.
Strength & Surrender – A mix of whole-body (physical, mental, emotional, & spiritual) strengthening hatha and whole-body surrendering restorative/yin postures; this class aims to gently build heat and then let it all go to reset and support the nervous system. All levels welcome.
Slow Flow -In this class we focus on slow and controlled movement. Great for those new to yoga as well as yoga veterans.
Power Flow – While the class is taught to the level of the students that attend, you can always expect to warm up the body and get the blood flowing with some vinyasa flow, pilates inspired movements, as well as a focus on range of movement, stability, and flexibility.
To ensure your spot in class and respect the time of our instructors, we ask that you sign up for class online more than an hour before class start time.
